Lake Leelanau in the Village of Leland
The property is located directly on north Lake Leelanau just south of Leland. It has a little more than 200 feet of shoreline and is only a few hundred feet away from an excellent Lake Michigan public beach. Renters can walk to town in about 5 minutes.
There is a small beach immediately in front of the cottage and a dock near the south end of the property. The lake has a soft sandy bottom and is shallow for a few hundred feet off the property. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, and one bedroom has a bunk bed. There is also a day-bed in the great room.
